Das SCIP-Magazin Competitive Intelligence findet das Buch “useful to small and mid-sized companies” und empfiehlt es als ein “must read for anyone interested in learning more about the field of competitive intelligence or anyone entering the field”. Die Rezensentin Christine Wunderlin war Mitglied im Vorstand von SCIP und erhielt im Jahr 2005 den SCIP Catalyst Award.
